Twilight Racing - Try Sailing - No Experience Required!

Never been sailing before? Join us for EastSail’s own twilight racing, crewed and skippered exclusively by EastSail graduates aboard one of our 10-12m sailing yachts! Plus, Sails & Ales participants receive a one-off $50 discount when you sign up to an EastSail Course (valid for 6 months)!
Sails & Ales offers an opportunity for those looking to try sailing, meet our sailing school graduates and enjoy some friendly racing! Following the race, there will be a debrief from our Race Officer on the dock, which also includes post-race snacks and drinks.
Price
All inclusive: sailing vessel (either Sydney 36, Dufour 36, Beneteau 40.7 or First 40), food and drinks, Race Officer and Committee Boat, wet weather jackets (if required). Gift Vouchers are also available!

OCTOBER TO MARCH
Weekly Monday Evening Racing “Summer Series”
Sign in from 1700-1715, depart from dock at 1730 for a race start at 1800. Race finish 1930 (approx.)
Followed by a presentation and debrief on the EastSail dock with drinks and nibbles!
MAY TO JULY
Weekly Saturday Afternoon Racing “Winter Series”
Sign in from 1300-1315, depart from dock at 1330 for a race start at 1400. Race finish 1530 (approx.)
Followed by a presentation and debrief on the EastSail dock with drinks and nibbles!

Weather
EastSail will monitor the weather from the Bureau of Meteorology. Sails & Ales/Social Club Racer’s will be notified of any changes to the status of the race, including cancellation, via email or phone number provided when booking.
