Offshore Sailing - Be part of the crew or simply sightsee

ICC Assessment
The ICC is a certificate which is intended to provide evidence of competence when requested by officials in foreign countries. Persons with RYA Day Skipper Certificate or higher do not need to be assessed for their ICC - see below.
